INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We currently deliver to a wide range of international destinations using DHL Express, a secure and fully insured delivery service.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email so you can follow your parcel throughout its journey. All jewellery is insured in transit and a signature will be required upon delivery.

IMPORT TAXES & DUTIES

For many international destinations, including countries within the European Union, all applicable duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and taken care of in advance where possible.

Please note that we are currently unable to deliver to the following countries:

Portugal (PT)
Switzerland (CH)
Malaysia (MY)
India (IN)
Indonesia (ID)
Mexico (MX)
Kuwait (KW)
Brazil (BR)

 

DISPATCH & DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch all jewellery within 24 hours of receiving your order. Once dispatched, delivery timeframes will vary depending on the item and destination.

Many of our pieces are available for immediate dispatch. However, certain items—particularly rings available in a wide range of sizes—may be individually crafted or carefully adjusted to ensure a precise and comfortable fit.

Items requiring additional preparation are typically delivered within 3, 5, or 7–10 days.

If you require your order by a specific date, please feel free to contact us before placing your order. We will always do our best to accommodate special delivery requests and will let you know in advance if we believe a deadline may not be achievable.

 

CUSTOM-MADE PIECES

Custom-made ring sizes are crafted to order and require approximately 6 weeks for completion. Please note that these pieces are non-cancellable and non-refundable, as they are created specifically for you.

 

ORDER UPDATES

Following your purchase, you will receive a personal update within 8 hours* confirming your estimated delivery timeframe. We will continue to keep you informed throughout each stage of your order.

 

DELIVERY EXPERIENCE

All pieces are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. A signature may be required upon delivery for added security.
