RETURNS ELIGIBILITY
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:
· Unworn and in perfect condition
· Returned in their original packaging
· Accompanied by proof of purchase
· Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund promptly.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
As each piece is prepared with care, certain items are exempt from returns:
· Custom-made ring sizes (crafted to order, approximately 6 weeks)
· Personalised or engraved pieces
These items are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
To maintain the highest standards of service and availability, we do not offer direct exchanges. We kindly invite you to return your piece in line with our returns policy and place a new order for your preferred selection.

Please ensure your item is securely packaged in a sealed mailing bag, and retain your proof of postage for your records.
SHIPPING RETURNS
We offer complimentary return shipping for UK and Northern Ireland. For the rest of the world, return shipping costs may apply and we recommend using a tracked service for your peace of mind.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once your return has been received and approved. Please allow 5-7 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your provider.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly. We will resolve the matter with priority and arrange a replacement or full refund where appropriate.
