SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping for FREE. We aim to dispatch all jewellery within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Each piece from The Fine Jewellery Company is prepared with the utmost care and attention to detail.

Whilst many of our designs are available for immediate dispatch, select pieces—particularly rings offered in an extensive range of sizes—may be individually crafted or meticulously adjusted to achieve a flawless fit. This considered approach ensures that every item meets our exacting standards before it reaches you.

If your item is not going to be shipped same-day, you will receive a personal update confirming the anticipated delivery timeframe.

For pieces requiring additional preparation, delivery is typically arranged within 3, 5, or 7–10 days, while custom-made ring sizes take approximately 6 weeks (30 working days) to complete and are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

We will always keep you informed, ensuring complete transparency and satisfaction throughout your order’s journey.

All shipping is FREE, wherever you are in the world.

We partner with trusted couriers, including Royal Mail for UK and Northern Ireland deliveries and FedEx for international orders, ensuring your jewellery arrives safely and efficiently at no cost to you.

Your jewellery is fully insured from the moment it leaves us until it is delivered to your address. Once the parcel has been signed for by you or a recipient at your address, responsibility for the item transfers to you and our insurance cover ceases.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer FREE 30-day returns across the UK and Northern Ireland.

If your ring falls outside our standard size range (smaller than I or larger than R), we will be unbale to accept a return or exchange.

To ensure the highest level of service and availability, we do not offer direct exchanges. We invite you to return your piece in line with our returns policy and purchase a new item of your choice.

Certain pieces, including personalised or bespoke designs and custom-sized rings, may not be eligible for return due to their unique nature.

This warranty covers manufacturing faults and workmanship issues under normal wear. It does not extend to general wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, loss, or alterations carried out by third parties.
