I had to make a last minute gift purchase and so although I had chosen my item on the website and registered my details, I needed to phone for some info on the item and to arrange for guaranteed next day delivery. It was my first order from Fine Jewellery and Becky was extremely helpful. She completed my order over the phone and sent immediate confirmation email. I had peace of mind throughout the transaction and sure enough, from ordering at around 5pm, it arrived the next morning before 9am well packaged in a classy little black box. The item was absolutely true to description and the recipient was over the moon! I shall certainly return to Fine Jewellery for any future jewellery purchases, hopefully not at such short notice next time, and have confidence in recommending this online company.
