It was as described and is just what my wife wanted. I gave a fairly neutral rating on value for money as the item was quite expensive but comparable to what I was able to find online. The locket looks good but obviously time will tell on the quality over the longer term. I would comment that the chain is quite fine...not sure how that will stand up but otherwise no concerns.
