This gorgeous cultured pearl & Damond Brooch. A thoughtful gift for a newly qualified nurse or even for a nurse retiring.

The Caduceus is a symbol that is generally associated with the medical profession, this is ever since the Americans adopted it in 1902, for the US Army medical department... A symbol that we still use today.

Designed as a diamond set winged staff, with a central cultured pearl highlight, two intertwined diamond encrusted serpents, all set in the silver guilt with 9ct gold fittings.
